Music Education Is a Blessing
Music education provides so many good things for children, youth, and adults! It fosters cognitive development and academic success by improving memory, concentration, and problem-solving skills. It promotes creativity, self-expression, and emotional regulation. It enhances social skills and stage presence, builds confidence, and provides a strong foundation for one's overall development and lifelong well-being.
Music education is a blessing, and we thank all those who participate in making it possible: students, teachers, parents, families, and so many members of our community: local, worldwide, and throughout human history!
Fall Off-Days (Tuesday - Sunday)
Lessons are ON for Monday, 10/27, and then OFF for Tuesday, 10/28 through Sunday, 11/2. No regular lessons over this period.
Day 2 of our Fall recitals are Saturday, November 1 (see below).
You Can Still Sign Up for the Nov 1 Fall Recitals!
Calling all instruments, all ages, all levels… including toddlers, adults, and very beginners. Everyone can come and make some music!

Signups for our Winter Studio Recitals, “Christmas & The Holidays” on Thursday, December 18 and Monday, December 22, 2025, evening at the Norman P. Murray Community Center in Mission Viejo will open after the Fall recitals are complete.)

Congratulations to Our Concert Performance Team (CPT)
For their recent performance on Sunday 10/19/25, at Ivy Park at Mission Viejo.
Our studio CPT performs in special/additional monthly concerts for appreciative audiences at different locations and venues throughout Orange County. Some students earn community service hours & credits for giving their gift of music to others!
Forum in November!
Performing music for others should be enjoyable and rewarding experiences. Practice performing at Forum to make it easier and easier! Plus, receive some additional one-on-one coaching from awesome teachers.
Our next Forum sessions are (30 minute sessions):
Friday, November 7, 7:30 pm & 8:00 pm
Saturday, November 8, 8:15 am & 8:45 am
Sunday, November 9, 5:00 pm & 5:30 pm
Forum is offered the first Friday, Saturday, & Sunday of each month. You do not need to register in advance… just show up and participate! Forum takes place upstairs in Suite 205 of the Laguna Niguel School of Music, 30110 Crown Valley Pkwy, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677.
Music Camp over Thanksgiving Week!

Our music camp is designed for new students as well as beginning students, ages 7-11, who want to jumpstart their lessons or just have some additional music learning fun!
Learn skills on the piano, keyboard, & drums! Play some songs, feel the beat, sing a little, enjoy some musical arts & crafts, and perform some music in a small group recital!
Fifteen hours over three or five days during the Thanksgiving week holidays. Spots are always limited so enroll soon!

Q: Can students perform at more than one recital?
A: Yes! Students who wish to participate in more than one recital can sign up for more than one recital! Simply use the online form to sign up for each recital you wish to participate in. We will get you on the rosters!
